Brochure- Single Tine Ripper with 50mm poly Layer

A single tine ripper with a 50mm poly layer is a tool used for breaking up hard or compacted soil. It is typically used on tractors for preparing land for planting crops. The single tine is a steel rod with a sharp point at one end that is driven into the soil. The 50mm poly layer is a layer of plastic film that is wrapped around the tine. This helps protect the tine from wear and tear and helps the soil to break up more easily. The tine is then pulled from the soil, breaking up the ground and allowing for more effective planting.

Join the community of satisfied customers who rely on our equipment to enhance their farming experience. Visit us today to discover why we're the best-selling utility tractor dealership!

Tractors are tools that have limitations  and  were never designed to be loaders and therefore weight and performance  should never be over stated to influence potential buyers.  Over loading a tractor will cause serious damage and potential risk of injury.  Increasing front-end loader lift capacity by using heavier rams and rear wheel weights is a good example that leads to axle failure and risk of injury.

We are proud of the value that our tractors offer and  do not believe in overstating.   If you need more lifting capacity  or traction power we recommend considering a larger tractor with an appropriate drive line.

We provide comprehensive coverage that goes beyond just the engine and drivetrain. For the first 12 months, all parts are included, followed by full warranty  for the drivetrain and engine in the second and third years—arguably the best warranty on the market. With a vast selection of parts in stock, we can ship them to you immediately.

For warranty service, our team is ready to assist you on-site, or if you prefer, we can guide you through minor repairs via FaceTime or phone call.

Every tractor in our inventory undergoes a comprehensive pre-delivery inspection, which includes checks on the engine, drivetrain, brake performance, hydraulics, electrical components,  hydraulic  pressure testing  and overall functionality. This ensures that every tractor and implement leaving our dealership  is ready for immediate use. Unlike many competitors  who promote tractor packages of  implements unassembled, we fully assemble implements  to  ensure quality and  peace of mind.   Our assembly and testing is your savings and  insurance to quality.

With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing and selling AgKing and Enfly tractors in Australia, we lead the industry in tractor innovation. Our factories implement a rigorous quality control process, and we continuously enhance our tractors based on invaluable feedback from Australian farmers.

Experience the dependable performance of traditional mechanical tractors equipped with today's essential features. Experience the simplicity  and reliability of tractors that don't need computers or high cost emission controls.  With easier maintenance, reduced repair costs, and enhanced durability, they're the perfect choice for tough environments.

We recognize that after-sales service is crucial; the sale marks the beginning of a long-term relationship. Our knowledgeable staff are  committed to supporting your tractor well beyond the warranty period. Single Tine Ripper

Tractor ripper with 50mm poly layer from AgKing

Tractor Ripper-STR with a 50mm pipe layer can operate with or without the pipe layer attachment. This ripper excels in ripping up hard ground, removing small rocks and rabbit warrens, tree planting, and much more. You can easily remove the pipe layer attachment.

A single tine ripper with a 50mm poly layer is a tool that farmers use to break up hard or compacted soil. Specifically, tractors typically use it for preparing land for planting crops. The design features a steel rod with a sharp point at one end, which the operator drives into the soil. Moreover, the 50mm poly layer consists of a plastic film that wraps around the tine. This protects it from wear and tear while also helping the soil break up more easily.

Subsequently, someone pulls the tine from the soil, thereby breaking up the ground and allowing for more effective planting.

AgKing’s Genuine 12 months Warranty covers parts that are faulty unless caused by normal wear and tear. Customers must return items deemed faulty to AgKing or a suitable contractor designated by AgKing for this purpose. Since AgKing supplies to smaller acreage and hobby farmers, the warranty does not apply to industrial, commercial, or contractor usage of the equipment.
